Oh dear….things are about to get really bad.

I find it interesting that the darkness is first in the form of a boy with curly short hair until it morphs into Judai’s image. Anyone else here find it weird that it wasn’t in Judai’s image to begin with?

Honestly I think it should be shaped as the past life’s hair. idk why they went with this design, maybe they were planning something else? Like real possession? Or maybe at first it was because Judai was trying so hard to disassociate himself from those feelings, to reject them as if attributing them to some other entity that at first wasn’t like him and had some other appearance

I rather like the idea that Judai is trying to disassociate himself with those feelings. Perhaps he is in denial of how awful of a person he truly is and it adds to him asking what he did wrong here. And once Judai starts to accept this, it morphs into his figure, like taking mask off to reveal his true identity.
